Chapter 12 - Missing Southwestern Locations

Aerethia

[Castle Black party foods included] confections from Nacine ... creepers from the Shallow Sea ... squabs from the Southern Coast ... and wines from as far away as Aerethia (Sethra Lavode, Chapter 74)

Count of Gant-Aerethia (The Phoenix Guards, Chapter 3)

Captain Gant-Aerethia ... from a marshy south-western lake region (The Phoenix Guards, Chapter 4)

It's possible that Aerethia and Gant-Aerethia are two different places, but I think it's more likely they're one and the same.

Bernen's Field

rebellion broke out along the coast to the southwest [of Dragaera City] in response to the combination of wheat shortages from the north [and] piracy from the Longburry Islands ... [Sethra put down the rebellion] on Bernen's Field. (Five Hundred Years After, Chapter 8)

Brown River

Captain Gant-Aerethia ... from a marshy south-western lake region ... during the Island Wars, especially at the Battle of Near P'iensotta ... the Charge of the Brown River (The Phoenix Guards, Chapter 4)

Fautonswell

[Uttrik's two combats] were in the south-west ... they took place in the duchy of Fautonswell ... under the Duke of Twinoaks (The Phoenix Guards, Chapter 19)

Longburry Islands

rebellion broke out along the coast to the southwest [of Dragaera City] in response to the combination of wheat shortages from the north [and] piracy from the Longburry Islands ... [Sethra put down the rebellion] on Bernen's Field. (Five Hundred Years After, Chapter 8)

Probably somewhere near Elde Island, perhaps between Elde and Hartre, or even to the southwest of Elde.

Lynch

[Uttrik's two combats] were in the south-west ... they took place in the duchy of Fautonswell ... under the Duke of Twinoaks ... against Kliburr, and the Carriage House Uprising ... to teach them to respect the supply lines that connected us with Lynch (The Phoenix Guards, Chapter 19)

Near P'iensotta

Captain Gant-Aerethia ... from a marshy south-western lake region ... during the Island Wars, especially at the Battle of Near P'iensotta ... the Charge of the Brown River (The Phoenix Guards, Chapter 4)

Redsky Harbor

Elde ... Redsky Harbor (Sethra Lavode, Chapter 81)

Rundeel

Early the next day, the caravan arrived outside of Hartre ... It was Kana's plan to rebuild this city both as a defensive bastion against Elde Island (he considered Rundeel too close, and Adrilankha too far away) and ... to establish regular shipping between it and Northport, the latter of which was well located for [Mount Kana]. (The Paths of the Dead, Chapter 28)

Closer to Elde than Hartre. I'm tempted to place it at the mouth of the Elbow River, but that's too much of a guess.

Spaire Island

We offer to Elde, as a token of good-will, Spaire Island, which has been in dispute between Elde and the Empire for thousands of years. ... The wood there is of immense value in building ships, and we all know the value of watering rights. (Sethra Lavode, Chapter 70)

Presumably equidistant from Elde and the Empire, but no indication of whether it is northwest or southeast of the channel between the two.

Twinoaks

[Uttrik's two combats] were in the south-west ... they took place in the duchy of Fautonswell ... under the Duke of Twinoaks (The Phoenix Guards, Chapter 19)

I presume this duchy is near to the duchy of Fautonswell, but it's possible they traveled far to settle this uprising.
